Brand Manager, Bounteous

At Bounteous, I am a designer serving primarily as brand manager. I oversee implementation of the brand across all lines of business. This tech consulting company consists of several merged acquisitions that have resulted in a complex ecosystem with numerous sub-brands, broad capabilities, and a diverse global team. I sit at the center of where all external and internal business initiatives come together and ensure brand consistency across this complex ecosystem of programs, partnerships, and client services.

Marketing

Marketing the complex Bounteous brand is a large focus of my role, which includes producing assets for social media and paid advertising, creating event materials, and maintaining the brand across a wide variety of other deliverables. As leaders in the tech industry, Bounteans attend a large number of conferences and maintain a very active partnership with countless other vendors and services in the industry, resulting in a ton of event related materials, swag, and other assets.

Project Highlights

Business Development

Dedicated to primarily work on the Bounteous brand, one of my largest focuses is business development. I support the BD team throughout the pitch process by maintaining all presentation deck, intellectual property creative, client showcases, data visualizations, and assets to highlight company services. Often, this involves creating customized visuals or spec work for each individual pitch. This varies in scale and design support needed depending on the size of the RFP or the services being pitched. For example, a CRM or commerce data support pitch for Fintech would look very different from a Tiktok and out-of-the-box creative marketing pitch for dining. While no two pitches are alike, the process is the same: help each team tell a clearer story with a clean design in a usually tight turn-around time.

I’ve supported pitches for companies across fintech, dining, consumer goods, healthcare, media and entertainment, and travel and hospitality, including big names like Coca-cola, Chicos, Clarks, Princess Cruiselines, Fiserv, CVS, Red Robin, Popeyes and countless others. While I can’t show those pitches or a lot of the visuals I create for those decks, I can share a large iconography package I put together to fill gaps in our existing icon repository across the Bounteous business units.

Where marketing and BD merge, I support a large portion of asset creation for bounteous.com. This includes imagery for perspectives, the company blog, as well as helping to create case studies and client stories that showcase the work of the company.

Internal Communications

I also support a large portion of Bounteous internal communications, recruiting, and talent and culture initiatives, to not only make internal comms consistent with Bounteous brand standards but to also maintain resources, training, and tools for brand implementation across all teams and business units.
